Lentil Soup

1 1/2 cup lentils
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 bouillon cubes
6 cups of water
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

1. Saute onions and lentils in olive oil in a large pot. 
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 35 minutes on low heat.

Serve with rice or bread and enjoy! :)
